Programming Overview


Kokoro Personal Training Studio is a welcoming space designed to help you build a positive relationship with health and fitness. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll feel at ease in our private, sun-soaked studio with professional fitness equipment.

Did you know regular and structured physical activity is a preventative health measure—lowering your risk of injury, aches and pains associated with aging and promoting positive mental health outcomes? My programming is tailored to your unique needs. Our first consultation will be one of discovery—an open and honest conversation that will inform how I build your program. My realistic fitness and nutrition plans are attainable and maintainable based on your existing or aspirational lifestyle. So whether your goal is to get back into a routine at the gym or maintain a guided one-on-one training routine, I have you covered.

Price packages outlined are based on a three-month commitment and invoiced monthly.


 

Reconditioning & Foundations

Who this is for:
Beginners and individuals looking to get back into shape

What it’s about:
I will teach you the tools to sustainably incorporate health and fitness into your lifestyle throughout this introductory program. We'll reshape your relationship with exercise through targeted work on mobility, imbalances, tendon strength, and joint stability through foundational functional fitness movement patterns.

What’s included:
- Nutrition coaching.
- Two one-on-one training sessions per week.
- Programming of supplemental at-home/in-gym training (if required).

Price Packages:
- Two one-on-one training sessions per week: $120.00/session
- Three one-on-one training sessions per week: $100.00/session

 

Functional Strength and Conditioning

Who this is for:
You have an intermediate or advanced fitness level but are looking for structure and programming to define and advance your fitness goals.

What it’s about:
Based on your current fitness level and experience(s), we'll assess your goals and design programming that best addresses your needs. Programming may take the form of metabolic conditioning, strength and conditioning, and activity/sport-specific training.

What’s included:
- Nutrition coaching.
- Two to three one-on-one training sessions per week.
- Programming of supplemental at-home/in-gym training (if required).

Price Packages:
- Two one-on-one training sessions per week: $120.00/session
- Three one-on-one training sessions per week: $100.00/session

 

Prehab & Rehabilitation

Who this is for:
Individuals with pre-existing health issues and injuries.

What it’s about:
This tailored program is for you if you're rehabbing a knee injury, are predisposed to hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, or have pre-existing structural issues that limit your ability to exercise. I will work with your health team to design programming that addresses your needs.

What’s included:
- Nutrition coaching.
- Consultation with key members of your healthcare team.
- Two to three one-on-one training sessions per week.
- Programming of supplemental at-home/in-gym training (if required).
